CYA All Stars = coach's kid and their BFFs. That's also who gets chosen to play up a grade.

IS CYA saying that regular rec teams can play in the tournament as well as all star teams? That seems to be what SYA was told based on another thread. That could cause a lot of confusion, because it is confusing and stupid and just a desperate ploy to get more teams.

Sorry if this is a repeat question, but given the title of the thread I thought I’d ask. Have CYA all star teams been chosen yet? Is anyone’s DC been informed about all stars? Just curious because in our division there seems to be a lot of confusion and mixed messages. Wondering what other people’s experiences have been.

My DC got invited to Valor's Fiesta All Star. We declined because we thought it would be more fun to stay home and watch paint dry.
What org? It doesn't sound like anyone is participating.
It's just a bunch of kids that play soccer at Elementary School recess.
I think my son's PE class is in the top bracket for the Valor tourney.
