My meals include a lot of vegetables, though -- so, for instance, the egg salad I had on a sandwich for lunch yesterday had more than half minced celery, green onions, and minced cabbage. That isn't a full serving of cabbage for that meal on its own, but it's there.

That's from sliced banana on toast with peanut butter, side of dried kiwi and apricot slices. Crackers with egg salad, side of pickles and carrot sticks. Minestrone with a bean medley. It's just three meals, but the meals include a variety of vegetables and fruit?
