Sure it can. Kids develop skills in elementary school and change as they become tweens.
The philosophies of the schools are polar opposites. ATS students should be rejected out of hand for spots at HBW.
I have a kid at HBW and at a neighborhood middle school and I don’t see much of a practical difference in terms of how their philosophies impact my kids’ educational experiences. So much of education these days is standardized so a school can’t really do its own thing.
