No. It’s not. If this is the same poster who said 145 is “very fat” seek help. You have serious issues and I’m sure are a miserable wench.

It is overweight. I was this weight and lost weight to 120. At 145, I was overweight and I am big boned also. Obese is a stretch, but no matter what you call it, it’s more weight than necessary for that height.

People have no concept these days of what is actually a normal size.

I would be upset as well. That is very heavy. Keep in mind vanity sizes. You wear a medium….a couple years ago you would have been xl probably.

PP’s point still stands.

Also I have been 145 and it wasn’t that big of a deal. Sure, it’s more weight than necessary, but that’s not really my standard.

I am 38 and 177 lbs, have been up to 194lbs - legit uncomfortable - and lowest adult weight was 150 lbs. obviously wish I was lighter but would be thrilled at this age to be at 150 lbs again. Adding never had kids

Same here with a little pooch at age 40. If I can maintain my body this way, I'll be okay with it, but I know it gets harder later on in your 40s.

I am 55 - it has been the exact same for years. Wearing fitted clothes look awful even though the rest of the frame is ok.

I am so sorry to all the 5’2 posters reading this thread and getting stupid negative comments about your weight. You don’t deserve that.

Your weight does not define you. You can be beautiful inside and outside at any weight. What matters is how you treat others. And as far as appearance goes, confidence and being secure enough in yourself that you don’t feel the need to tear down others is far more attractive than a flat stomach.

50, 5 3, and /around 138-140 with body fat percentage of 30. I have been working out 4-5 x week for the last 5 months. A mix of strength training, Pilates, and walking. My goal is to get down to the body fat percentage of 25. I don’t care about the weight. Before peri menopause, I was around 115-120.
