I think it's genetic. My H was half grey in his 30s and I didn't get my 1st until mid 40s.


Definitely mostly genetic. I think extreme stress can cause graying as well, but in general, look at your parents. You’ll likely follow in their footsteps.

Same. I started coloring at 28 and stopped during covid. I'm still a little ambivalent about it but also love not having to maintain the color.

45 and no gray as far as I can tell. I have lots of wrinkles though (too much sun in my younger years).

48 and my hairdresser told me less than 10%

49 with medium brown hair and I'd guess it's 50% grey. The grey accelerated after about age 47.

In my experience the early to mid 40s might as well have been 30. Then aging started.
