I am having a rough time at almost 45. Teens are tough, work sucks, I have gained weight, doing ozempic and it is barely even working, and summer is coming up and I am feeling huge guilt and stress over having to go visit my parents overseas. DH is equally stressed and dumps it all on me. I am miserable most of the time.

47, absolutely miserable shockingly so, almost ever second of the day. When I'm in the bathtub is the only time I'm not wishing I wasn't on planet earth.
