No, she co-owns Weight Watchers.

She doesn’t need to explain herself to anyone.
She sort of does, though. She's an owner of WW. She can't put that out there like it's as effective as taking a drug, and then have that take the credit. It's almost false advertising, and absolutely misleading. If she wasn't attached to WW I would agree with you, but since she is, she does in fact owe people the truth. Glad she did.

Weight Watchers is all in on this:

"WeightWatchers CEO Sima Sistani issued an apology on behalf of WeightWatchers, saying the global company is embracing blockbuster weight loss drugs as it continues to transform its programs and offerings. “What we do best is help people with weight management. That is the anchor,” Sistani told CNN in a recent sit-down interview. “I think we have to be true and authentic to that and who we are.”

There's nothing special about the outfit. The hair is fine, basic. The makeup is weird and it doesn't even look like Oprah.
Why gloves? Why this sort of red chair? Why the purple curtain? It's giving very Ursula the Sea Witch vibes.

I'm not sure why you think both can't be true: she co-owns a diet company AND she uses weight loss medication.
She doesn't appear to have what some people like to call "ozempik face"
Wouldn’t she have access to top dermatologists/plastic surgeons to correct any skin issues?
Yes. She would. However I cannot imagine with all she has invested in WW (not just money but she believes in it) that she'd need Ozempc.
