They errored on the size of smallness. Most adult women don't wear a Small. And what man past high school wears a Medium? You'd have to be pretty short and slim.
Wut? Do you only know fat asses? There are a gazillion 5 ft 10, 165 pound men out there. Like, literally, the majority of all men. Are you trying to explain away that you're just a grotesque fat person and average size people are freaks?![]()
Five foot ten inch 165 pounds is the size of a JV Player in HS. Is that even a man? More like a cross dresser lady boy sized man boy

Actually it is one of my retirement goals to snag a logo fleece from a few selected areas in my organization.
Maybe feds like swag more because it's pretty rare for us.
I think you’re onto something. I’m private sector, but DH is a fed, and he loves swag! I take him to my trade shows and he is like a kid in a candy store grabbing the promo items (which is a completely different industry than the one he works with, so there’s not even like clout for having these items).
Hoarding disorder?

Anonymous wrote:Our company had Fall gala that was a big, fancy party- raw bar, open bar, shuttles home, office closed the next day, etc. It included a swag bag for everybody based on our stellar year. Among the very generous things in the bag were customized, logoed, Patagonia down jackets and a customized Patagonia fleece. Because we are a smallish company (40 people) they only ordered the jackets in Mens medium and large and Womens small and medium, which means 5 of us got nothing.
That's weird, right?

Anonymous wrote:I agree with everyone else that this was an admin error. But at our company we did have one employee left out of getting a company shirt because he needed a 5XL and the supplier only went up to 3XL. I felt badly but I think he expected it, or at least recognized it was within the realm of possibility.
Anonymous wrote:I'm guessing you are a women's XS and nothing fit. Been there. It sucks, but no one cares about size inclusivity on that end of the range. They'll say "that's a good problem to have" and move one.
You just have to suck it up.
