I suspect other than that family, we are the oldest of our younger kids’ classmates parents, but not by much. Many right around 40.
For our older kid, it’s more varied. Parents whose younger kid is 7 tend to be around our age or older.
I’m 45 with a 6 year old first grader. I’m almost certain I am the oldest mom in her grade. Most of her classmates seem to have younger siblings while my oldest is 14.
I’m one of the younger moms for my high school freshman at 45 and one of the oldest for my 1st grader.
