Unless you are literally across the street from the school entrance, no area is safe from being rezoned. Take a look at the current boundaries for some of the school clusters. MCPS doesn't always draw the boundaries based on geography.
And Wootton being the least diverse HS in the clusters being looked at for Crown HS boundary, it's probably going to be looked at very closely to even out the FARMS rate across the HSs.
Hey Dummy! Wootton is diverse, 60% minority enrollment. Let me guess you are going to say that's not diversity!!!!

hey dummy, I'm Asian American, and compared to the other neighboring schools Wootton is not diverse, especially when it comes to the FARMS rate which is what MCPS is really trying to make more equitable.
8% hispanic in a county of almost 40% Hispanic. gmafb.
If you live in a fantasy land with your own imaginary "facts", you are going
To find yourself constantly surprised when you bump into reality.

I was off by maybe 6%.

MCPS is 34.5% hispanic. Doesn't matter how many white people live in MoCo since only k-12 kids are going to MCPS schools, not the whole of the county.
But, let's use the stats you posted. MoCo is 15% Asian; Wootton is 36% Asian. Your county stats even show how not reflective Wootton is of how diverse the county is.
Sorry your face got hit by reality.
So Hispanic is plurality and the White and Asian minorities are over represented? Looks pretty diverse to me!

I don’t care if you’re real or fake Asian parents, whatever fantasy you live in, but there is nothing wrong with a school with 36% Asians. Why every school has to have 15% or less Asians? Why can’t some Asians choose to stay together if they want to?

Dufief. Dufief is considered the poorest school so they have already said Dufief would remain. The others are up for grabs.

You need to look in neighborhoods which currently do not get bus service to Wootton, i.e. the "walk zone."
https://www2.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/siteassets/district/departments/transportation/busroutes/04234bus.pdf
If there are Wootton bus stops in a neighborhood, then kids can be rezoned and ride a bus to another school. If the neighborhood kids currently walk to Wootton, they will remain walkers.
