Alcohol usage at tournaments should be reported before some one gets hurt/run over especially with young kids around.
There’s a reason why alcohol is prohibited at all tournaments.
Yep. That reason is because generally open containers aren't allowed at county facilities without a special license. It has nothing to do with parking safety or keeping drunk drivers away. There's also a reason that enforcement of this is incredibly lax unless you're there late in the evening, being generally discrete and no one getting super drunk and starting fights. Every sport my kids have ever played has a subset of drinking, including not just soccer, but football, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, swim, and cheer are all ones I've personally seen it happening. Not every game, but this happens in every sport, on almost every team, in almost every club. It's not a big deal unless someone is out of control.
