Plenty of 50 year olds can eat whatever they want in moderation and be 5’9” and 137 lbs.
No. They can't. That is extremely thin. Your thinking is already disordered.
Granted, I’m only 46. But I’m 5’9” and 134 lbs. I eat whatever I want. Lots of carbs, dessert most nights, glass of wine most nights. Wouldn’t ever dream of counting calories. I wear a size 6. I’m a completely normal, healthy weight for my body, not extremely thin at all.

Lol, not everyone who does not find a skinny frail physique with no muscle appealing is a jealous fat woman. I am 5’6” 145lbs, 22% body fat, which is likely lower than hers. I am strong and muscular and heavy by DCUM disordered standards, but I easily wear size 4 clothes across brands.

Look it’s an eating disorder contest.
pp actually ears. I am 52 and eat like a pro basketball player and I weigh 135 at 5'7. Not all thin people have eating disorders.
You aren’t “much thinner” than her. You weigh the same and she’s 2” taller.
yes, but I eat 3-4x what she does. I never said I was much thinner, though I am thin.
You literally wrote "Wow. Granted I’m 10 years younger but I eat twice that a day and much thinner."

Anonymous wrote:Maybe her metabolism is shot after eating such a low calorie diet for years.

Anonymous wrote:It's very possible. I'm about her age and my metabolism is wrecked by a number of things, including medication. If I eat much more than that 900 calories per day, I gain.
