Question for you all I’m 5’7’ and 157 pounds but it’s all in my stomach and hips and arms too, how do I target that area it’s really pronounced? Or is it the last to go? Will it ever go or do I need the exercise? It’s like I’m wearing a life ring around me anytime I put clothes on sigh.
I think you're my twin - I just ordered the book PP suggested. I'm limited on my exercise due to a joint injury right now, but plan to start doing planks and daily walks as soon as I can.
