Love triple creme cheeses, especially Delice De Bourgogne and Saint Andre, and blue cheeses like Saint Augur, any Gorgonzola dolce, and Blue Castello when I want something milder.

I can eat any amount of Humboldt Fog you put in front of me. We just polished off a Hatch Chile from the same creamery, also delicious.

Appenzeller, and I love Raclette. But I hate Halloumi.

Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar lives up to the name. Unexpectedly DELICIOUS! I use it to pump up any recipe that calls for cheddar. That it comes in a shredded variety is wondrous and amazing. What a time to be alive (and lactose tolerant)!

Yes! Last month I made fig and burrata salad - amazing.

Burrata texture is amazing, but the taste is so bland. Dont know how it could be anyone's favorite cheese- it's super tasteless.

Pecorino drizzled with honey and black pepper. Divine and my favorite “girl dinner”.

Most disappointing cheese: raclette. I read about this cheese as a working-class child who thought Sargento shredded cheese was luxe (as opposed to Kraft). When I moved to a big city and got a big girl salary, I finally bought some and… it was awful. It tasted like mold. Years of hopeful anticipation were dashed in an instant. Damn you, raclette! Every once in a while I will see on social media a friend in Switzerland or Aspen purporting to enjoy raclette melted over a wee burner, dipped with little roast potatoes and hearty bread. They make it look so tasty, but I know it’s LIES! Raclette is LIES!
