When there is enough complaining about something, she'll do the bare minimum to look like she cares (which is more than several other councilmembers, including my own in Ward 3), but that is it.

She is not proactive. She is not a deep thinker who has considered various options to get us out of the mess she is in part responsible for.

I am by no means a Mendo fan, but I'd take Mendo as mayor over Pinto any day.

Would Mendo run? He doesn’t seem interested, but I would choose him over Pinto too.

At least Mendo is bold and he seems to truly care about the city. Pinto is a carpetbagger whose Daddy bought her the Council seat. 🤮

I don’t have an opinion on Pinto but I am glad we have Mendo in this time and place. We need a brawler.

You sound like a scammer or a crappy landlord. Schwalb doesn't play around with your type.

Now do juvenile criminals who are not punished for violent crimes.

She is not smart enough to be AG.

Sounds like your issue is trivial and/or you're an a55hole. I emailed the CM and her staffers with an issue the other day, and not only did a staffer respond within five minutes, the CM responded the next day. She's on maternity leave.

Sounds like the problem is you.

Sounds more like she favors your issue over theirs.

What was your issue?

Is she still intending to run for mayor or will she wait?

Neither Mendo nor Pinto would ever be mayor in the first place, so I don't understand why we're wasting time in this imagination circle jerk.

Compared to Bowser and most of the Council, she’s Daniel’s Patrick Moynihan.

The only “deep thinker” that D.C. has had as mayor is Tony Williams.

Henderson is light years smarter than Pinto.

If you think that coddling criminals and forming Eric Adam’s-style friendships with special interests is smart, then Henderson is light years smart.

He has said repeatedly that he doesn't want to be mayor, and he's already in his 70s.
