Oh, ok. Meanwhile DC council member Trayon White is calling for the National Guard to help secure DC and stop the violence. There are actually black people who are sick and tired of black men killing black men, women, and children. But sure, ramble on about restorative justice and how wonderful it's been for the black community, who are overwhelmingly the victims of violent crime in DC. Two theories:
1.) The place with low crime rates (PG) is low b/c all of their criminals are going to the place with high crime rates (DC)
2.) The place with a higher crime rate (DC) has more criminals who attract more criminals.
