The stress of keeping your child safe, all the appointments, all the efforts to just reach milestones most of you take for granted and endless other things can really do you in.
She had a child with special needs and she’s not bothering to mask anywhere. Sorry, but I’m not going to feel empathetic for people who aren’t masking and are getting COVID over and over.
OP doesn't have covid, no one is getting covid "over and over" more than twice unless they have an immune system issue.
Wearing N95 for life isn't an option for sane people.
Yeah no. I live in a red state and lots of people are absolutely getting covid more than twice even if they don't have immune issues.
She's on here whining about getting sick all the time. Yet she isn't masking inside. She's not using the main tool she could be using to prevent this.
There are other measures she could be taking as well. She could run hepa filters in her house and open windows in her house and car to lessen the risk of intra household infections. Use Merv 13 filters in her CAC, etc. Try these, OP, if you aren't already and you actually want to decrease your risk of being sick all the time (as opposed to just complaining about it while doing nothing to prevent it).

Op here. I have small children and I work full time. One of my kids has profound special needs and has a ton of doctor and therapy appointments.
I avail myself of daycare, therapies, etc for my children so I can work.
Work also mandated return to office, 3 days a week.
We don’t really take any precautions besides washing hands frequently. It just feels like a lost cause.
So then you know why it happened.

What on earth could this be?
Welcome to hand, foot, and mouth disease for adults.
Op here. I don’t think it’s HFM because the bumps are flesh colored. When my kids had HFM, the bumps were red.
One of my kids has had a cough and vomiting for the last week but no rash or fever.
When I had adult HFM, I had flesh colored bumps. It SUCKED. I'm sorry. But it's a virus and it will go away. You need to rest. Find a way, hire someone, whatever.

Well, it’s not a lost cause. I’ve been masking indoors and haven’t gotten covid yet.
I’d rather take a risk with Covid than continue
masking. We’ve traveled extensively, worked out at gyms, dined in dozens of restaurants and had Covid once. It was like a cold. YMMV.

Op here. I don’t think so-my throat doesn’t hurt at all?
