For those who don’t remember All Night Passion was a MASSIVE 1981 hit.

Check out Video that was filmed in 1981 in Brooklyn with NYC in all its Graffiti finest.

Alicia of all things was a 16 year old Jewish kid with middle class parents whose first song was number 1.

Given pre internet that is hard to do. Video is priceless for cheesy big hair and Brooklyn in 1981

Alicia - All Night Passion.

Could not go to a club in 1980s and 1990s with out it being blasted towards end of night.

Was number one on club charts and Alicia on cover of People Magazine as next Madonna

I remember Jamie Walters when I was 12. Tiger Beat was a thing. First saw him on 90210 (I wasn't supposed to watch then). He got engaged to drew Barrymore and they each got tattooed each others' names, but they never made it down the aisle.

I agree with the rest on this thread but have to quibble here. Some of his chamber music is quite good and I'm a big fan of his band music, especially first and second suites for military band.

And I'm a big fan of other Proclaimers songs, but that doesn't make them hits
