Heat a couple of cans of progressive lentil soup. Microwave carrots, dice and throw in with lots of olive oil. Sauté some already washed in a bag mixed country greens with olive oil and garlic. Add greens to soup, too with freshly grated Parmesan and through a few croutons in there and some Tabasco.

She really likes the Trader Joe’s parm chicken but last night I didn’t have the energy to make her lunch for today, let alone dinner. So tonight she’s having oatmeal and a banana for dinner.
I’m having a frozen dinner at work.

-add pasta
-when pasta is 6 minutes from done, add broccoli florets
-when pasta is 4 minutes from done, add raw shrimp
-when pasta is done, drain water from pot and add jarred sauce (pesto, tomato, whatever)
-eat from bowls or directly from the pot if it has really been a day
