I do have some travel coming up it would be perfect for (I love nylon purses for travel because they pack down small and are so lightweight).
One question I have is how people keep them from always sliding down under your armpit? When I see it on other people, the bag is always on their back or their chest. But I'm thinking that you throw a phone, keys, and a couple other items in these bags and they just want to drop down to the lowest point of the "sling", yes? Or are people not carrying very much in them? I usually carry a snack for my kid and often also a water bottle for her and a book for me, which is why I generally carry a small backpack instead of a purse.
