Who is cheating their leave? They have the time and use it.
Sick leave is for when you are sick. Not when you want to travel to NYC.
Sure it is.
I'm sick of kids. And parents. And admins. And colleagues like you. I'm on the verge of exhaustion and a panic attack. I'm going to take a mental health day.
And I'm going to be wherever I please on that day. There's nothing you can do. Feel free to think that you're more professional than some of your fellow teachers. It does not matter.
Those that can’t do, teach.
This can't be real... You just made two grammatical mistakes in five words and you're badmouthing teachers?

Go you! Well, you do rely on schools for child care.
I’m happy with my kid in aap and the other in immersion. They have time for after school activities and I do have them do homework. One school assigns it the other child I make it because the school is homework free. I enjoy it, but think my kids are still getting lots out of school too.
Sorry you are so grumpy about your kids school! Try private? I hear the nuns do good work at the catholic schools!
I’m content with the free childcare and my own feedback.
Oh the bolded didn’t come across as contentment, glad you clarified!
