Still likely that at least 25 students will get offers from WL if comparing historical data. This holds true even with the larger number of students accepted for SY 23-24.
Historical data also had way more kids offered spots in June even taking the extra 20 lottery slots into account. For those on the waitlist I hope you are right but it's unclear how much you can rely on historical data with such a major shift in this year's results so far. It looks like about 12 spots were offered by August last year and another 6 by count day. That's 18 more slots if last year is any measure.
