I know Americans who have used the name Agatha because they went to Texas A&M (Aggies), which is an extremely Texas A&M thing to do.

My daughter had a preschool classmate named Roberta. It seemed like a very serious, staid name for a child. I like old-fashioned names, but this one is just unappealing.
