Is it because they are alcoholics or drinks who can’t get in a car after going to a bar?
Are they swingers who want to bring other couples back from nearby bars and restaurants close by?
This is a silly post, but I will answer honestly. Having to get in the car in order to go anywhere makes me feel like a prisoner in my house

Yeah. I thought I’d be safe picking something in a “quiet cul de sac”. Turns out that’s also code.
“Cul de sac” is French literally meaning bottom of a bag. Dead End Streets were renamed Cul de sacs by realtors trying to sound fancy.
Saying you live in a cul de sac means you live in the bottom on a bag. The Sac literally means Sack. So in French you would say in supermarket don’t put my eggs in the cul de sac (bottom of the sack)
So…teabagging?
LOL.
I've heard from a few different people that Takoma Park is full of swingers (that they had friends who innocently bought a house there and then a few months later realized everyone was sleeping with everyone.) Also very walkable. I bet they walk to each others houses. Maybe that's waht OP is talking about.

Everywhere on Earth, the rich live IN the cities. Exburbs like Ashburn are for UMC wannabes; no real wealth out there.
