Agree there. We need to put violent repeat offenders and people who committed crimes involving guns behind bars and keep them there. If there's not enough room, free the people who were busted for victimless crimes like possession without intent to distribute, and/or build another prison somewhere where there's cheap and plentiful real estate.

Then you’ll know the DC police complain a lot about having to arrest the same people over and over. The average homicide suspect has been arrested 11 previous times.
