The US military banned TikTok years ago, stating TikTok is a major security threat. Most other government components have come to the same conclusion, and followed suit.
I believe they are all telling the truth: TikTok is a threat.
But you, PP? I do not believe you at all.
They weren't saying tiktok isn't a thread. They're saying that Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are also a threat. Google is a threat. ALL of these companies are collecting the same data. Why are you fine with an American company doing it (and selling that info to foreign entities)?

I work in digital forensics. When I process a phone and their apps, the software shows me all the permissions each app has. Perhaps I should post a screenshot of the TikTok app on my phone vs. the Instagram & other apps so you can compare. They are identical.
