Two leftists meet each other.
First one: "I'm a leftist."
Second one: "Oh really? We'll see about that."

They are very simple minded and operate on cliche’s. Trump understands the complexities and has a massive capacity intellectually. That’s how he kept the world peaceful and no invasions. The poor swamp was seething in embarrassment and inferiority.

Many are definitely not qualified for their appointments. I'm not sure I would call this a moderate or even slightly center left. This is very left wing. As is the administration's stance on transexual rights. And attempting to cancel student loans despite openly acknowledging it didn't have the constitutional rights to do so. And the scale of funding under the infrastructure acts. No attempt at balancing books. A moderate was Bill Clinton and even Obama was more moderate in his presidency than Biden.
Please tell us which appointees are not qualified.
Based on the performance of this administration - none of them.
They are more concerned about "diversity" than actual qualifications.

He is not.
He is a divisive, angry leftist. He has caved to the demands of the far left.
The ONLY thing I agree with him on is not to veto the actions of Congress when it comes to overturning the DC crime bill.
He doesn't have a choice with this one. Because, if he vetoed it, it would prove he is not tough on crime.
Agree. He has followed in the footsteps of his last boss. That vicious shouting of Jeremiah Wright still gives me nightmares:
“God DAMN America!” from the pulpit that they visited every Sunday for decades.
As a native Washingtonian, I had never heard anything so divisive in my entire life. Oh, and I had the historic ‘68 MLK marches right outside our front door, no doubt the only one on this forum.

He's only moderate in the eyes of the far left. I do say this as someone who does agree and support some of what the administration has done. But in terms of appointees, the support for affirmative action and identity politics, language against the opposition, supporting transgender and gender ideology, immigration, failure of the border, he's very much to the left. Deffo no moderate president.
Going by the polls of what most people want, we want GUN CONTROL. The overwhelming majority do, in poll after poll. Anyone who doesn't is a far right wing lunatic whose views of the world and what's moderate are highly skewed and very much questionable.

Nothing and I believe he is a fine person. Just not necessarily has the experience to be the 2nd highest position and potential acting secretary at a top department. Compare his qualifications to any of the previous Deputies. Ignore the Trump administration for a moment and look at the previous deputies and see how they compare to those that held the position in previous administrations.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The Deputy Secretary for Treasury is not qualified.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:His administration has heavily embraced DEI both in executive orders and creating new DEI bureaucracy and in federal and judicial appointees. What has he done wrong?

It sure is when it is at the expense of actual merit.
