Fascinating. I would have seen Good Counsel and Prep as two to choose between, and then Bullis and Landon. Bullis and Prep have very different student bodies.


In the same situation, we chose GC.

I know that when kids at the private schools mess up with vaping and drugs, the schools take it very seriously and refer the kids to outpatient drug clinics. They can put resources on the problems, whereas at publics, they look the other way unless a student’s life is in danger or until the student newspaper reports embarrass the school into taking action.

Meh. You can’t be more boy-centered than Landon. Potomac is a pressure cooker. Your son will still get a rigorous education at Landon, but without the needless stress and social jostling of Potomac. Congratulations!
