. . . .that resembles a tacky T-shirt design from "Hot Topic" or (for the old---"Spencer's Gifts"). Though, to be honest, I prefer these vs. the random scattered ones (thinking of the Miley Cyrus video I just saw) that look like the person got attacked by a 5 year old with a sticker book . . . .

Some are cool looking. Very few. Most are ugly. They are always trashy though.

Knows very few will get that reference.

I like them on men who are already fit and attractive. There are definitely cases where it would even increase my attraction.

The best tattoos are visible and legible and are just art for the sake of art. They have no personal meaning

If the person is not good looking at all, a well done artistic tattoo can make them look better.

Otherwise, the tattoos usually look bad.
