I think the false allegation was that "Claudia" allegedly poisoned people.
The overall drug use wasn't clear but it looks like from the clips that lots of drugs may have been used.

The doc touched on it and kinda said no-one was. However they flashed "mercury" reports and it felt slightly ambiguous. My take away was no.
