Oh, I guess that explains the famous family, on the phone with her mom thing. But I wouldn't call HER famous considering I had no idea who she was!!
The article didn't call her famous either. It just referenced a famous family.
Alexis had a radio show, a tv show, and a book.
Plus she runs in the millionaire’s/billionaire’s circle.

There’s an article from 2010 that says she hired a surrogate in PA, references a number of failed attempts, and she discussed it on Oprah.
Was single.
Total narcissist.
Alexis Stewart definitely wins my vote

Cameron Diaz.
Khloe.
Courtney Cox was super pregnant the last few episodes of Friends. They didn’t even try to hide it.

Yup. I think we are way too far down the slippery slope to stop it, but I think in general surrogacy should be against public policy. It's a gross exploitation of another person, regardless of consent. If you are hard up enough that you'll rent your body out for the better part of a year to undertake an inherently risky medical venture you are in no place to give informed consent.
I personally think it should largely be banned.
It’s not more dangerous than donating a kidney. Should that be banned?
The article said she had three previous “easy” pregnancies — as someone who enjoyed being pregnant, I could see someone choosing to do this. What happened to “my body, my choice?”
Pregnancy and birth is absolutely more dangerous than donating a kidney. And it is in fact illegal to pay for a kidney, so your analogy doesn't make sense.
