No one’s depriving him of his liberty. We’re just noting that it would be very on brand for the GOP for a closeted man with a decent amount of name recognition to be sexually assaulting someone and for the GOP to let it slide.


It's a story that's repeated itself many dozens of times in the GOP. Larry "Wide Stance" Craig was hardly the only one.
