Cartier love bangles are basic. They are the Neverfull version of jewelry. There is nothing interesting about them.

Except no one really cares about the rice tag of her accessories, it’s just that it’s a really cliche look. She can’t find anything more interesting than a Chanel bag? One can Cleef item is t enough, she needs the earrings, necklace, bracelet and 3 rings? It’s bad taste, at best unimaginative taste.


I promise you, if you put together a hypothetical luxury look that you thought was tasteful, DCUM would still tear it apart as tacky and "new money."

OP said nothing about gobs of makeup or big hair. She said they’re wearing tons of expensive jewelry and labels. Which is against WASP code and offensive to OP. They like what they have on and if OP is comfortable with what she has on then live and let live.
