And Waze. But evening commute is an hour. That’s too bad. My friend has lived there since her kids were 2 and now they’re 18. Good schools and nice beach.

The Palisades are great but out of reach of most people.


Not if you rent a condo or a townhouse they're not. As discussed above.

Whatever google maps says the commute time is, double it for reality.

Pacific Palisades (beautiful homes and it has a nice walkable “town center”), or Santa Monica (all around decent city). Maybe Beverlywood (closest to Century City).
