1) Biden has to issue an executive order to implement the pay raise—Even after Congress passes a budget.

Last year this happened on December 22nd. If we use history as a predictor—these two steps will happen sometime between December 20 and December 31.
Lol So climatic but I think it'll come out next week

Try getting a job at the NIH, clown.

SES caps will increase by 4.1%. last year they increased by 2.2%
Thanks for the info, but I’m talking about EX not SES. This table: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/salaries-wages/salary-tables/pdf/2022/EX.pdf
Lol. EX schedule will also increase by 4.1%. Last year they increased by 2.2%. It’s been 3 or 4 years since EX pay was frozen. They increase too when there is an across the board pay raise. EX just don’t get the COLA portion.
Just heard. Pay freeze still in place for EX. So I guess there are some things you don’t know. And maybe my question wasn’t so dumb after all.

You obviously don't look at NASA. I can tell you that at NASA we are hiring some of the best and brightest, not the 40th percentile. We have graduates from the top schools who work at the agency. There are engineers and scientists who come from the top of their fields to work at NASA.
But you continue to try to pump up your fragile ego by saying that you're better than we are.
I’m reminded of that Jesus quote …forgive them for they do not know lol or something like that. These folks are just ignorant of the caliber of civil servants
