I’m hoping it happens by Friday. But I think you are right. I feel like Biden will wait until the budget bill passes the house to issue that EO.

Lol. EX schedule will also increase by 4.1%. Last year they increased by 2.2%. It’s been 3 or 4 years since EX pay was frozen. They increase too when there is an across the board pay raise. EX just don’t get the COLA portion.


Just heard. Pay freeze still in place for EX. So I guess there are some things you don’t know. And maybe my question wasn’t so dumb after all.

It’s true. All the civil servants I know are engineers and scientists… and I know A LOT of them. And they are mathematicians enhancing the signal processing for our war fighters, and coding models to better predict what your weather might be, and making sure your cell phone doesn’t accidentally turn on your microwave
