Nope. NCAA has waived test requirements through 2024.

Not many, it looks like very low 1400s would be the average for African American admits

I guess Yale and UPenn do want athletes who also have high SAT scores. Very revealing.
Or multi million dollar donations - might not be the case here.
UVA notoriously does not want high SAT scores. I thought everyone knew that.
