The VM is allegedly from 2018 when Biden was not in any federal office at all. Ex-VPs only get USSS for 6 months after they leave office. So, this was likely a personal phone to a personal phone with no USSS jurisdiction at the time recorded. Who knows when it was hacked.
Yeah but “allegedly” is doing a lot of lifting here. And it doesn’t make it any less illegal.

Dunno. Ask Assange how he got the Dem’s emails. Russian interference has been recognized both in the US and in Europe by the various security agencies. The deep state lives in MAGA rallies
