A decade? That would mean you've been opposing the CC expansion for longer than anyone was even discussing expanding the CC.

I thought it was really odd that there are no names attached to either of the viewpoints in the APE newsletter. Then I realized that APE just lifted both of them from the CivFed newsletter without attribution to either author. Lol at APE's claim that it "sought out two viewpoints regarding the APS bond referendum and has offered equivalent space for each perspective." Ok.....
