Philly is the last bastion of affordable top notch real estate on the east coast. Changing fast but boy you can still get a 4-6BR stone house in a top neighborhood with top schools there for 1.1-1.5M. Even 5 years ago you could have gotten for $800-1.2M.

I lived in Philly for a few years in the early 90s, and my DD goes to college in the suburbs there. I live in NYC now and love it, but if I were forced to move to Center City or the Main Line, would be perfectly okay with that.

During a Monday morning press conference on Election Day security, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner had a message for anyone who planned to try and intimidate voters. "F around and find out," he said repeatedly.




Mr. Krasner seems to care more about elections than innocent victims of murder.
