Frozen blueberries mixed with yogurt are so good!
I normally have coffee with sugar and cream and alternate between a bowl of oatmeal, cereal and milk, or two eggs over easy with some sautéed greens.

but don't they usually replace the fat in nonfat foods with sugar? re: low carb
