Liz Cheney has earned my respect. I know we don't agree on anything politically.
Living in a democracy means allowing a wide range of political opinions and policies. It means the people get to decide (by various means that are more or less direct suffrage).
It's more important for the right and left to unite to fight un-Democratic extremists than it is to spend our days fighting each other because of abortion or climate change (which I care about, a lot!).
So if any centrist wants to cross party lines and vote for Cheney, that's fine.
The most important thing is to support all the conservatives brave enough to fight against Trump.
Her constituency says otherwise. Sorry.

She could absolutely pull a Murkowski and win in November. She has plenty of financial firepower to run the campaign.
Have you tried asking the Google machine?

She would be better than any other known Republican at this time, because she is smart and honest and ethical and willing to put her career on the line for what she knows is right.
Hoever, if you are not conservative, then any republican is a problem.
Anonymous wrote:I would love to see either Liz Cheney or Larry Hogan run to give Republicans a sane, sensible alternative. It may not seem like it, but I think there is a market for this out there. Could Cheney or Hogan actually win the nomination? No chance in hell. But it would be a good way for them to end their political careers with honor and dignity.

If it's Cheney vs Biden in 2024, Cheney would get my vote there as well. I'm sorry, but Biden will be too old for office in 2024.
If it's Cheney vs Harris in 2024, I think Cheney might even get my vote but it would be a close one.

Would you vote for Cheney/Hogan if up against Biden/Harris?
NO LIBERAL WOULD EVER VOTE FOR CHENEY
she is forced birth no rights for the mother.
BS'
And Hogan hell no. He is currently my governor he is a Republican
No votes for Republicans ever again they literally lie to you daily.
What are you thinking?
Today alone they are coming for cancer screenings they don't want health care to cover that any more.
Morons all of you.
2024 if a Republican gains office we will never ever vote again. We will have a King and it will be horrific
They are going to raise taxes
Jail anyone who disagrees with them
We will be in Russia.
No Hogan or Cheney.
Both are PRO LIFE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS FOR RAPE AND INSEST OR THE MOTHERS LIFE
BOTH WILL RAISE TAXES ON THE MIDDLE CLASS
BOTH WILL STOP INTERSTATE TRAVEL FOR WOMEN
OMG NO.

A Biden- Harris ticket is a straw man in this because everyone knows Biden isn't running
He won't say so yet, but he just isn't.
And I would stop it with the heaping of blame on the man. Fact is, he beat Trump and did his country a tremendous service with that one act. What have YOU done by comparison ? The job is extremely difficult in a world torn by war, economic crisis and pandemic. The strain of trying to manage it will probably kill him - and he does it anyway- for his country.
I personally would like him to declare a public health emergency, nationalize health care and make reproductive health part of free health care
If a Dem wants my vote, they better make that their platform
Otherwise, I am voting for someone like Liz Cheney for her integrity because this country must get rid of Trump and she is the path to that
The media should NOT repeat the same mistake AGAIN that they made in 2015,2016 - STOP talking about Trump- just ignore him, give him ZERO media coverage
Amplify Cheney instead. Choose to amplify who is getting indicted next because that is what should be the ONLY topic.
