Why won’t Republicans put a lock on the door? Store your guns in a secure way and you have nothing to worry about. This insistence on just leaving guns around for kids to blast each other apart and criminals to steal just blows my mind. It’s a weapon of death - have some respect for it and secure it.

The door is locked. The gun is stored in a metal safe approved by the CA DOJ (in California, according to CA law).

And a house can still be broken into, and a safe cut open by a burglar with the proper tools (available at any Home Depot), in spite of that.
