Poland- abortion only available if pregnant result of a crime.
Italy - only available for first 90 days of pregnancy unless special circumstances
France - just expanded access from up to 12 weeks to up to 14 weeks

Anonymous wrote:I’m not conflicted because I believe that rape victims should never be required by law to carry their rapist’s baby to term. You could say, well why can’t we just make abortion illegal—except in cases of rape or incest? Sounds like a reasonable, compromise solution but how would it work logistically? Rape victims would rightfully want to terminate the pregnancy immediately after the rape occurred, but it takes months, if not years, to adjudicate a rape case in a court of law. Who exactly would make the call as to whether a rape actually occurred and an abortion could go forward? A judge, a policeman, a government bureaucrat? Wouldn’t they need to review the evidence first? That takes a lot of time and it’s not like the fetus will stop growing until this is figured out. What if there is no physical evidence of a rape? What do you do then?

Seriously, unless medically necessary abortion after 15 weeks should be banned. Only selfish women with no empathy would choose to abort after that.
I’m appalled at how far society has sunk. Evil evil people.
Religion is for stupid people, like yourself.
You lost. Cope. Deal with it. And you are going to see many more losses at the court and in state legislatures soon on many issues. The Supreme Court will be conservative for a generation.
