Hypocrites!

Story:
The U.S. Capitol Police arrested a group of staffers with CBS's "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" after they allegedly illegally entered a U.S. House of Representatives office building on Thursday night, Fox News has learned.
The group of nine people were arrested in the Longworth House Office Building after being escorted out of the Jan. 6 committee hearing earlier in the day because they did not have proper press credentials, according to sources.
The same group resurfaced later on Thursday night after the Capitol complex was closed to public visitors and Fox News is told that they took videos and pictures around the offices of two Republican members of Congress, Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy R-Calif. and Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo.
A senior source in the U.S House of Representatives told Fox News that nine individuals associated with Stephen Colbert's show were arrested: Jake Plunkett, Allison Martinez, Tyrone Dean, Stephen Romond, Nicoletta Green, Brendan Hurley, Robert Smigel, Josh Comers, David Feldman.

Entered a closed federal building at night to snoop around?
How is that not in camera?
Why disclosed 6 months AFTER it happened?
Terrible security at schools and Club Fed. Or corrupt. Or defunded. Or berated. Take your picks.
Good christ. Read a non Fox link. They were already in the federal building. They had the permission to be there.
If they had permission to be there then why were they arrested for illegal entry?

To be clear, the Capitol Police never arrested anyone for January 6, 2021. Other agencies have stepped in to do the job. Leadership at the USCP is a joke. They released that statement that Loudermilk was giving an innocuous tour the night before the attack. Loudermilk sits on the committee that hires and fires USCP “leaders.”
I bet this case gets nolle prossed.
Did the Capitol Police have independent authority to arrest the Jan 6 people after they left the Capitol property?

Wait, they broke in after hours AND recorded anything and everything they could find in offices, hallways, garbage cans, conference rooms?
Gross. What a violation.

You bet, White Lotus style.
