I am not tracking this debate.

I live in n Arlington about 2 miles from Arlington National cemetery. The airport is not an issue for us; we hear the planes but we are not on approach path.

We do have constant helicopters and in the path of military fly overs that may knock off a decoration or two once a month or so/set off car alarms. Cost of living here I say.

Yep, and DC won with the recent move of the navigation point. Our noise issue improved significantly while I see more people in Arlington complaining about suddenly being exposed to the noise they did not experience before.
