My DH and I were just discussing the fact that we have two friends who divorced and then remarried their ex-wife. Both couples, by the way, divorced for a second time. I guess it’s not that unusual to have regrets, but, at least in our experience, it turns out the divorce was the right thing, after all. Which makes sense — our conversation was along the lines of — how does this happen? The process of divorce gives you plenty of time to change your mind.

I can see having regrets thats things didn’t work out better, but if you’re to the point that you’re willing to go through the process of divorce, it’s unlikely that it truly was a “mistake.”
