OP here,
I am so sorry, I hope your next job was more pleasant then you previous.
I left work early and my husband gave me some ideas and experiment to try at work to solve my little problem. First I'm completely going to stop using the kitchen at work, I'm taking my own mini microwave and fridge tomorrow. If the manager or HR gives me issues, I'm going to get a note from my doctor that I've been getting sick because of work issues, especially my food allergies.
Two can play this game, if HR doesn't want to do the dirty work then I will. I know for fact this lady does not eat beef only fish Monday through Friday. So, I have decided even that I'm not fond of beef myself, I will bring some everyday and warm it up or just cook it up for 15-20 minutes. See how she like the smell of rotten meat every single day! 😂

It probably won't bother her because she doesn't have the OCD you're afflicted with. Don't visit the kitchen and bring your lunch everyday. Salads, sandwiches, humus, crackers, cheese, etc. etc. which doesn't even require a microwave. Stop being so dramatic. We get you don't like fish, but really that's on you. And her right to eat what she wants each day.

We cannot heat:
-fish
-broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts
-Indian/Thai food or any food with a strong spice smell
-popcorn
-bacon
That sounds really racist. Why target specific cultures? So wrong!
Probably a troll. A company cannot legally do this.
