Tampa, itself, is diverse. You might like Seminole Heights, that is an older historic neighborhood close in that has a lot of young families and families of all kinds. Wesley Chapel is probably mostly white, but people move there from all over (it's a newer area) so there is undoubtedly other interracial families.

My ILs are trying to sell their place in a Tampa suburb, and it's been sitting. I don't know the market, so maybe they overpriced it, but they're working with an agent.
I like it there, it's a nice enough city and the Clearwater/St Pete beaches are great (although a bit of a drive if you live in Tampa proper). However, at least in my ILs' neighborhood, it's all Trumpers. Personally I couldn't handle it. They seem nice enough but a couple of beers at the cookout and all of a sudden they're spewing conspiracy theories
