Wait. This is the DC public school screener survey. This question is not on the Fairfax county survey. I'm pretty sure. I could be wrong but it's not on the sample and I asked my 10th grader and he said no they did not ask.

Panorama Education complies with all applicable federal laws, including FERPA and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), as well as state and local regulations concerning student data."

Why did FCPS send out that response? Because the crazy right wing campaigning was already beginning:

It is only now that parents who entrusted the public school systems across the country have begun to realize the extent to which our kids are being utilized as social pawns.
