We must be around the same age because my family went to both of those restaurants when I was a kid.

Oh eggs Benedict at Pied Au Cochon on the way home on a Sunday am, when we were feeling flush, after a night of clubbing…. If funds were tight it was a slice of pizza around the corner.

No, Commander Salamander was a ways above M on the west side of Wisc., irrc. This was a large space with a lot of vintage dresses but not so much the punk vibe.
